生物活性：雌二醇 (β-Estradiol) 是一种类固醇激素和主要的女性性激素。雌二醇可上调人子宫内膜干细胞 (hEnSCs) 神经标志物的表达，促进其神经分化。雌二醇可用于癌症、神经退行性疾病和神经组织工程的研究[1][2]。
体外：Estradiol (10 nM, 7 days) 诱导人子宫内膜干细胞 (hEnSCs) 的神经分化和增加轴突分支[1]。
Estradiol (17β-estradiol, 10 nM, 7 days)增加hEnSCs分化的神经样细胞中神经元样细胞标志物（Tuj-1、巢蛋白和NF-H）的表达[1]。
体内：雌二醇（1 nM，来自 FBN-ARO-KO 小鼠的海马切片）挽救长期增强 (LTP) 振幅[1]。
雌二醇（0.0167 mg，皮下植入，FBN- ARO-KO 小鼠) 挽救 FBN-ARO-KO 小鼠的分子和功能缺陷[1]。
